Invariably, collaboration leads to new forms of self-expression and to the things that move you.

How do we start?

Any prospective coaching or training relationship starts with a free discovery call by phone or Zoom to figure out if my services can fulfil your needs.
In around 30 minutes we can get to know each other and start to speak about what you want to explore.
Only when both of us agree to a collaborative process, we move forward in a structured, contracted way.

My sessions are held online via Zoom

I usually offer 1-hour Therapeutic Coaching™ for anyone age 25+.
Flexible rates may apply in some cases. This can be discussed in the discovery call.

Topics we could work on are:

  • Creating positive relationships
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Enhancing emotional awareness
  • Exploring difficult emotions
  • Overcoming unhelpful habits
  • Self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Dealing with parts of you that seem to be contradictive or problematic
  • Creating new perspectives and pathways
  • Calming the nervous system
  • Low mood
  • Balancing the different areas in your life

If you don’t find ‘your’ topic in this list, please feel free to contact me to find out more.

There are aspects that might prevent us from working together.
Unfortunately, my services do not cover working with any emotional or mental health issues that need diagnosis, mental health care or psychiatric treatment.

My offers are all based on Therapeutic Coaching™  and do NOT replace counselling or psychotherapy.

Methods

Here you can find some explanation of the main methods I use during our coaching.

NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP consists of 3 areas: the mind (neuro), language (linguistic), and processing of what we encounter in our lives (programming). Taken together, NLP is the science of how we come to and express our perception of reality, including our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, and behaviours. Its tools and processes are aiming to explore both conscious and unconscious topics to enable change in these areas.

Hypnotherapy

No Woo-woo here! By using hypnotherapy, we simply either try act more consciously or enter a state of trance intentionally, something we do naturally many times a day! The latter allows to access more subconsciously stored information that can contribute decisively to the coaching process.

Mindfulness/Relaxation

There are many great apps and different names for creating a more aware state of ourselves. In coaching, being mindful can help with exploring and acknowledging thoughts and emotions. It also creates more clarity, and acts as resource in becoming less dependent on past events.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

From research we know that our experiences not only stay with us as memories but are also stored as energy in our bodies. EFT, like acupuncture, uses certain energy points to balance our energy system. By tapping on these points, we might be able to let go of a number of ‘stuck’ issues. EFT can find its application in a multitude of issues including headaches, back pain, unhelpful eating habits, insomnia, anxiety, phobias, addiction, and anger issues.

Life coaching

Of course, Therapeutic Coaching also contains some more traditional elements of life coaching. They help us in bringing together theory and practice. Especially when it comes to developing future goals or how to put action to your insights, creating a realistic and viable plan is essential.

Developmental psychology

Aspects of developmental psychology can be important in understanding how our life story with all our past relationship has shaped the way we think, feel, and believe. Especially in early childhood, the way we were responded to emotionally had a huge impact on the development of our own emotional regulation, personality, and behaviours. When we are able to explore these times in a self-compassionate way, it can enable us to understand the influence on current challenges and allow us to create change.
